Day 2: Resistance Training: Lower Body

2 words: Wow and Ow!

This class really showed how everyone wants you to do your best. 2 FIT folks helped me with my form and shouted friendly reminders like ‘Knees together!’ that helped me get so much out of this.

I think I’ll like the RT part of this!

I also chose to run the mile today rather than Saturday @7am. 11m 38s – not great but I’ll do better.
