Diet-busters #16

Skipping breakfast is a horrible idea. You’ll just end up eating twice as much later on in the day when the only food you’ve access to is the oh-so-sugary goodness in the commissary.

Rather than visit VendoLand, I try to enjoy a double-portion of oatmeal. Granted it’s the flavored stuff (Raisins & Spice at the moment) and isn’t itself lacking in calories, but it’s better than those raspberry zingers (delectable tho they might be), and it has plenty of fiber to fill you up.
