This morning we’re going over K——‘s schoolwork and he’s describing his speech & drama in-class assignment. They were saying ‘Oh, hello’ as various characters. K——‘s character was a secret agent.
My kids have some interesting excuses for their actions sometimes.
And now I’m going to say something very unpopular. If you want to be a sheep and plan to vote for someone without actually checking them out, please, just stay home. You are the one who is throwing away your vote by wasting the opportunity to really make it count.

Time after time I hear that folks are going to vote against McCain by voting for Obama or vice versa. For those of you thinking of doing that, I’ve got some news:
Sometimes the best remedy is going off on a very silly non-tangental tangent.
My kids just got back from their summer visit with their Dad. We stopped at the store to pick up some groceries and one asked for some peanuts. Another chimed in, saying “Yeah, Mom has peanuts but won’t let us have them.” He was referring to Whatever’s new wife, their stepmom.
You are having a conversation with someone and have the spark of a perfect analogy or anecdote. Unfortunately rather than actually waiting for that spark to ignite and fully develop, you just start talking. Bad Idea.

Alright, I’m the first person to admit I’m often behind the times, which is why I don’t do a lot of ‘latest update’ or ‘spoiler’ postings, since by the time I come across them they’re already repeated across the Web. But sometimes I come across something that I have to share even though it may be a saturated topic.
Another theory on the last two episodes of Series 4.
We’re all okay.
Having finally found what I thought was a site design that followed the principles of Content-First design, accessibility, and progressive enhancement, as well as looking nice at many resolutions in modern browsers, you would think I’d be done.
Allow me to posit a theory about the end of Series 4. I’m sure it won’t be the case but if you are in fear of spoilers, don’t read.
